Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality items that meet your healthcare needs. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

    • Only unused and unopened medical products are eligible for return or exchange.

    • The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  2. Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

    • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

    • After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than product defects covered by the warranty.

  3. Return and Exchange Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at customerservice@canhill.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is essential for processing your request.

    • Please package the product securely, including all accessories and documentation originally provided.

    • Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping package to ensure proper identification and processing.

  4. Refund and Exchange Procedure:

    • Once we receive the returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your request accordingly.

    • If you are requesting a refund, the purchase price of the product (excluding any shipping and handling charges) will be reimbursed through the original payment method within [insert time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days].

    • If you are requesting an exchange, we will promptly ship the replacement product to the address provided during the return and exchange process. If there is a price difference between the original product and the replacement, you will either receive a refund or be required to pay the difference.
